I’m Damien Marion, an exploration geologist keen to change the World by finding the metals we need for our great energy transition.

I play an active role in the generation of targets and the development of mining projects around the world – my world, your world, our world. With a wealth of experience in various commodities (Li, Heavy Mineral Sand, Ni) and levels of project development, I defend my ideas within the Eramet Group's exploration department.

WORK THAT I'M PROUD OF

From a very scientific point of view, I have an in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of Geology, Sedimentology and Metallogeny. This allows me to compile exploration drivers and generate new targets. Technically, I have a wide range of skills from managing basic GPS data on a handheld device, geological log survey, recognizing sedimentology facies sequence and minerals to publishing detailed maps and interpretation for decision-making.
