I'm Damien Marion, an exploration geologist contributing to the energy transition by finding the critical metals we need.

With 5+ years of international experience across 15+ countries, I work at every stage of mining project development: from target generation to technical and economic assessment or from project screening to M&A discussion and deal negotiation. At Eramet, I combine rigorous fieldwork with 3D geological modelling and stakeholder management to drive exploration programs forward.
